They continue to forget my orders or give me overly ripe, nearly rotten items. For two weeks in a row, they forgot my order all together. After calmly informing them and giving them 15+ chances to redeem themselves, I think it's time I cancel my account and go back to Grocery Gateway for my food delivery. It's too bad for FSF, as I have an office with 400 employees, 7 kitchens and a twice a week delivery schedule. Worst. Do not recommend. Very upset with the customer service.
