  Terrible service across all the functions engaged in the flooring department. We have been trying to get vinyl flooring installed in our home in one of the rooms. It took six visits and several phone calls to sort out the measurement, we were blamed for getting measurement done for two rooms and then deciding to go with one. Even though the rooms were two separate rooms and measurement was taken separately not sure why it took several weeks to just separate out the measurement. We made full payment two weeks ago and we were told that the installation team will get in touch with us in a couple of days to fix the installation date. However, after two weeks we have received a call today that Home Depot has run out of the sticking product and it may be until end of November where this sticking product would be available. Absolutely frustrated with this company. Now let’s see what other excuses are in the pipeline. Seems to me that Home Depot needs this sticking product more than us to get their act together.....
